We have 47 injection moulding machines (7 new) with the clamping force equal from
75-1300 tons. The plant is able to produce approximately 170 000
items of different details daily.

order to meet our clients expectations we offer lacquering of plastic goods
in a full range of colours.
We have a modern paint shop adjusted to painting
elements of different shape and overall dimensions.

 The company offers complex services entailing the production of polyurethane goods of semi-rigid, flexible and integral foam based on the lines and stands for foaming in forms, with the usage of modern dosage machines, which guarantee the stability of production.

FORMING
 Our
company produces goods of thermoplastic material with the application of
vacuum forming method carried out on the ILLIG 200 press. The range of the
machine’s work area: 2000x 1000x 400 mm,
1500x 1000x 400
mm,
1280x 630x 400 mm.

 We
apply material forming technology by plastic forming method (stamping, bending),
machining method (milling, press forming), and the technology of joining
metals by welding and spot welding method.
