We are a company with nearly 50 years of experience in the processing of plastics. We specialize in the production of products by injection method with the use of all kinds of raw materials, including such as: ABS, PP, PA, PA6, PC, PC + GF, PE, PMMA, as well as fillers and dyes in any color. Technologies commonly used in our company are also:
- varnishing
- injection
- decorating (IML, hot stamping, decor foil, heat transfer, tamponing)
- laser engraving.
Thanks to our extensive machine park (45 injection machines with clamping forces from 75 to 1,300 tons) and numerous peripherals, we are able to produce a wide range of products for the automotive industry, technical products, products for the toy industry and for the household appliances market.
Our products go not only to the Polish or European market, but also to Asia, America and Australia.

History of our company
In 1972, from the merger of two plants – Zakład Tworzyw Sztucznych STYREN and the METAL Cooperative.
From their merger, Zakład Armatury Samochodowej (ZAS) was established and its relationship with the automotive industry dates back to that year,
when it was organisationally incorporated into Fabryka Samochodow Osobowych (FSO) in Warsaw as a field plant on full internal economic settlement.
In 1996, the plant was transformed into a partnership with the Korean DAEWOO concern.
As a result of signing the JVC contract with the Korean company HANYANG PRECISION on June 1, 1997, HANYANG-ZAS was established.
