INTRODUCTION
In the interest of personal data security, Hanyang ZAS Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: Hanyang; Administrator) takes very seriously the privacy of all users visiting its websites. The privacy policy applies only to personal data that may be processed by Hanyang in connection with the functioning of the website. The privacy policy does not apply to information that does not belong to Hanyang and that due to current Internet technologies we cannot control.

None of the stored data is transferred or sold externally. We use the data that is automatically saved exclusively for the purposes of basic web statistics related to visits to our website. The data saved automatically is intended to facilitate the use of our website by the user and to create basic statistics related to the traffic on our website. This data is not used for personalized online advertising. The data that is saved when filling in the contact form is used only to identify the user and to enable a response to the sent inquiry. The User may consent to the processing of personal data using a specially prepared consent on the website. In principle, we retain your personal data for as long as it is required to provide our offer and related services. In all other cases, we delete your personal data with the exception of such data that we must retain in order to comply with legal obligations.

The visitor to our website is contacted only if the user sends an inquiry via the contact form on our website. You may also be contacted if you are sent information about a Hanyang commercial offer, provided that you have consented to this when filling out the contact form on the Hanyang website.

The only personal data in which we are able to come into possession is the data sent to us via the contact form. These data (name, surname, telephone number and e-mail address) may be changed by a visitor to our website at any time by sending us information about the request for such a change, providing outdated data and new data. Each data subject has the right to report to the Administrator in order to make the collected data available to him, as well as the right to rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object and the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body.
